Shipping & Returns

Currently we are unable to ship order due to new legislation. We are working on a solution, but in the meantime we are only able to accommodate local pickup. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Do not send us any product without first contacting us at info@realorganicvapors.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to accept any returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, they will not accept it unless through the usual Warranty claim process. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to any state in the United States of America as well as most other countries where e-liquid products are available as per local legislation.

Orders generally ship out within 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the customer email address on file but may also be granted upon request to info@realorganicvapors.com.
